HOSMED has appointed new Service Providers

Effective 1 March 2021, Hosmed also contracted Universal Care, as an accredited Managed Care Organisation, to provide a Network Management services.
As per your benefit guide, members on the Essential and Value Core are restricted to obtaining their healthcare from a large national network of GP network providers.
During 2021, members/beneficiaries on the Essential and Value Core option will be contacted by Universal Care to nominate their chosen GP. GP Nomination is an essential element of receiving the right care at the right time. This Healthcare Provider will know you best and coordinate your healthcare needs.
Members requiring more information regarding the Network can contact the Scheme on 0860 000048, select option 4.
The Scheme upholds high levels of corporate governance and always ensures optimal service for members.
